Metalpha Technology Holding Limited (the “Company”) has experienced a delay in preparing its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 and the audited financial statements required in the Form 20-F (the “2024 Form 20-F”). The Company needs additional time to complete the 2024 Form 20-F and plans to file the 2024 Form 20-F on or before the extended deadline permitted under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
