This Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to the Registration Statement on Form S-1, as amended (File No. 333-284135) (the “Registration Statement”), is being filed solely to update the exhibit list, including the addition as an exhibit to the Registration Statement of BPM LLP’s consent to the use of its report dated March 28, 2025, with respect to the financial statements of LogicMark, Inc. (the “Company”), included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2025.
