(the “Company”) requested withdrawal of the above-referenced Offering Statement on Form 1-A (File No. 024-12559), initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on January 27, 2025, together with all amendments and exhibits thereto (as amended, the “Offering Statement”), by filing a Form RW (the “Form RW”) with the SEC relating to the Offering Statement pursuant to Rule 477 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
