EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Registration Statement is being filed to register an additional 1,383,957 Ordinary Shares, par value New Israeli Shekel (“NIS”) 0.10 per share (“Ordinary Shares”), of Allot Ltd. (the “Company”) issuable pursuant to the Allot Ltd. 2016 Incentive Compensation Plan representing an automatic increase effective as of January 1, 2025.
