This Statement is filed on behalf of each of the following persons (collectively, the “Reporting Persons”):

i) Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (“Clearlake Capital Group”);

ii) José Enrique Feliciano (“Mr. Feliciano”); and

iii) Behdad Eghbali (“Mr. Eghbali”)

This Statement relates to the Shares (as defined herein) held for the account of Clearlake Capital Partners VI Finance, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Clearlake Capital Partners VI”). Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. serves as the investment adviser and general partner to Clearlake Capital Partners VI. Mr. Feliciano and Mr. Eghbali are Managing Partners of Clearlake Capital Group.

As of December 31, 2020, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed the beneficial owner of 4,708,463 Shares held for the account of Clearlake Capital Partners VI.

As of December 31, 2020, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed the beneficial owner of 9.5% of the Shares outstanding. (There were 49,568,364 Shares outstanding as of October 28, 2020 based upon the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2020.)
