As of December 31, 2020, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 635,295 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.1% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 12,380,248 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of October 27, 2020, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on October 30, 2020.
