1 Xiaodong Liu, through her 100% ownership of VMADE CO., LIMITED, beneficially owns a convertible note that is convertible into 585,106 shares of common stock. On October 31, 2024, VMADE CO., LIMITED exercised its right to convert such convertible note into 590,701 shares of common stock.

 

2 This percentage is calculated based upon (i) 8,542,987 shares of common stock issued and outstanding (as of October 18, 2024), as set forth in the Issuer’s current report on Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 23, 2024; and (ii) a convertible note convertible into 585,106 shares of common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person. On October 31, 2024, VMADE CO., LIMITED exercised its right to convert such convertible note into 590,701shares of common stock.
