The ownership percentages are based on 94,681,063 outstanding shares of Common Stock as reported in the Issuer’s prospectus supplement filed on January 25, 2023.

Neither Perceptive Advisors nor Mr. Edelman directly holds any shares of Common Stock. The Master Fund directly holds 5,278,962 shares of Common Stock. Perceptive Advisors serves as the investment manager to the Master Fund. Mr. Edelman is the managing member of Perceptive Advisors.
