As of December 31, 2023, Eventide Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at One International Place, Suite 4210, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, is the beneficial owner of 3,179,837 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock by virtue of being the investment adviser to Eventide Healthcare & Life Sciences Fund, which is a registered investment company (the “Fund”).

As of December 31, 2023, the Fund held 3,179,837 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock, which represents 5.15% of the Issuer's outstanding Common Stock.
