The percentages used in this Schedule 13G are calculated based upon 24,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of November 14, 2022, as reported in the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2022, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2022.
