The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Capital Ventures International consists of Shares issuable upon conversion of the Company’s 0.750% convertible senior notes due 2025. The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Susquehanna Investment Group includes options to buy 35,200 Shares. The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Susquehanna Securities, LLC includes options to buy 224,800 Shares.
