(“Point72 Capital Advisors Inc.”) with respect to Shares held by Point72 Associates; and (iii) Steven A. Cohen (“Mr. Cohen”) with respect to Shares beneficially owned by Point72 Asset Management and Point72 Capital Advisors Inc. | |

The aggregate percentage of Shares reported to be beneficially owned by each Reporting Person is based on 56,978,527 Shares outstanding which is the sum of (i) 55,933,827 Shares outstanding as of May 3, 2024, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 8, 2024; and (ii) 1,044,700 Shares purchased by Point 72 Associates in the at the market offering disclosed in the Issuer’s Prospectus filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5) with the SEC on January 5, 2024.
