The reporting persons hold 163,000 warrants to purchase 16,300 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock ("Warrants"). Accordingly, as of December 31, 2020 the reporting persons may only exercise up to .208% shares of Common Stock under the Warrants, and as such, is reporting beneficial ownership of only such number of shares. The percentage calculation assumes that there are currently 7,838,079 outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, based on the Issuer's Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 19, 2021.
