As of December 31, 2020, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 2,224,282 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.4% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 41,412,903 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of October 31, 2020, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on November 6, 2020.
