As of December 31, 2020, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 2,524,184 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.5% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 46,144,183 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 10, 2020, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on November 17, 2020.
