Cormorant Global Healthcare GP, LLC serves as the general partner of the Master Fund. Cormorant Asset Management, LP serves as the investment manager to the Master Fund and the Account. Bihua Chen serves as the managing member of Cormorant Global Healthcare GP, LLC and the general partner of Cormorant Asset Management, LP. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares reported herein except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest therein.

The percentages reported herein with respect to the Reporting Persons’ holdings are calculated based upon there being 48,227,705 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of October 30, 2020, as reported in the Issuer's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 4, 2020.
