AMF FONDER AB is the beneficial owner of 2,226,975 shares (each share represented by one Swedish Depositary Receipt) or 2.5% of the Common Stock of Autoliv, Inc. based on 87,478,240 shares of Common Stock reported to be outstanding as of October 18, 2021 by Autoliv, Inc. on its Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 22, 2021.

This Amendment No. 9 amends and supplements the statement on Schedule 13G initially filed on March 18, 2013, as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed on March 17, 2014, Amendment No. 2 filed on January 27, 2015, Amendment No. 3 filed on February 12, 2016, Amendment No. 4 filed on February 7, 2017, Amendment No. 5 filed on February 7, 2018, Amendment No. 6 filed on February 8, 2019, Amendment No. 7 filed on January 30, 2020 and Amendment No.8 filed on January 29, 2021.
