	(a) Amount beneficially owned:	MIM (US) has beneficial ownership of 2,573,143 shares of Class A Common Stock and MIML has beneficial ownership of 32,277 shares of Class A Common Stock. Through its parent-subsidiary relationship to MIM (US) and MIML, MFC may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of these same shares.

	(b) Percent of class:	Of the 96,270,157 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of November 2, 2023, according to the Form 10-Q filed by the issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 7, 2023, MIM (US) held 2.65% and MIML held 0.03%.
