Carmel Argaman Investments Ltd. (“Carmel”), a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel, wholly-owned by Avraham Levin. Carmel serves as the general partner of Shayna L.P.
In September 2023, Avraham Levin, a citizen of the State of Israel, acquired the ownership of Carmel from Guy David Shantser, a citizen of the State of Israel.
