Item 2(a).	Name of Person Filing: This statement is being filed by (i) Maltese Capital Management LLC, a New York limited liability company (“MCM”), (ii) Maltese Capital Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”), and (iii) Terry Maltese, Managing Member of MCM and Holdings, with respect to shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”) that each of the foregoing may be deemed to have a beneficial ownership. The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Reporting Persons”.

Item 2(b).	Address of Principal Business Office: The address of the principal offices of each of MCM and Holdings, and the business address of Mr. Maltese is Maltese Capital Management LLC, 150 East 52^nd Street, 30^th Floor, New York, New York 10022.

Item 2(c).	Citizenship: MCM is a New York limited liability company. Holdings is a Delaware limited liability company. Mr. Maltese is a U.S. Citizen.

Ownership:

(a) and (b) Based upon an aggregate of 3,253,876 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of November 3, 2021, as determined by the Issuer’s most recently available 10Q filing, as of the close of business on November 3, 2021:

	(i)	Holdings owned directly no shares of Common Stock. By reason of its position as general partner of certain partnerships, Holdings may be deemed to beneficially own 150,224 shares of Common Stock which are held by such partnerships, constituting approximately 4.62% of the shares outstanding.

	(ii)	MCM owned directly no shares of Common Stock. By reason of its position as investment advisor, MCM may be deemed to beneficially own 257,792 shares of Common Stock which are held of record by clients of MCM, constituting approximately 7.92% of the shares outstanding.

	(iii)	Mr. Maltese directly owned no shares of Common Stock. By reason of his position as Managing Member of MCM, Mr. Maltese may be deemed to beneficially own 257,792 shares of Common Stock held of record by certain clients of MCM, constituting approximately 7.92% of the shares outstanding.

		(i) Sole power to vote or to direct the vote:

		No Reporting Person has sole power to vote or to direct the vote over the shares held by such Reporting Person.

		(ii) Shared power to vote or to direct the vote:

		No Reporting Person has sole power to dispose or to direct the disposition over the shares held by such Reporting Person.

	Each of the Reporting Persons hereby disclaims any beneficial ownership of any Shares in excess of their actual beneficial ownership thereof.
