(“Argo Group”), a Bermuda exempted company limited by shares, and (ii) Argo Re Ltd. (“Argo Re”), a Bermuda company that is wholly owned by Argo Group. The agreement between the Reporting Persons relating to the joint filing of this Schedule 13G is attached as Exhibit 99 to the original Schedule 13G, filed March 27, 2020.
