	(a) Amount Beneficially Owned: MIM (US) has beneficial ownership of 887,671 shares of Common Stock and MIML has beneficial ownership of 24 shares of Common Stock. Through its parent-subsidiary relationship to MIM (US) and MIML, MFC may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of these same shares.

	(b) Percent of Class: Of the 15,133,407 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of November 3, 2021, according to the Form 10-Q filed by the issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 8, 2021, MIM (US) held 5.87% and MIML held 0.00%.
