As of December 31, 2021, the Reporting Person held 10,401,889 Shares of Class B Common Stock, including 9,917,397 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the Manges Trust. Each share of Class B common stock is convertible at any time at the option of the holder into one share of Class A common stock.
