This report on Schedule 13G is being filed by Newtyn Management, LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "Reporting Person"). The Reporting Person is the investment manager to Newtyn TE Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("NTE"), and Newtyn Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("NP"). As of March 31, 2026, NTE held 2,921,980 shares of common stock (the "Common Stock") of QuidelOrtho Corporation (the "Issuer") and NP held 1,636,492 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer. The Reporting Person, as the investment manager to NTE and NP, may be deemed to beneficially own these securities. Accordingly, as of March 31, 2026, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own the 4,558,472 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer held in the aggregate by NTE and NP. Beneficial ownership percentages are based upon approximately 68,081,767 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of February 11, 2026, based on information reported by the Issuer in its Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 19, 2026.
