On May 6, 2025, Select Water Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8‑K.
