On May 13, 2025, Semler Scientific, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025 and updates with respect to its bitcoin (BTC) activity, holdings and BTC yield and other performance indicators, as well as its at-the-market offering program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
