5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 30, 2024, Sensus Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Dr. John Heinrich, a director of the Company, that he has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. To the knowledge of the Company’s executive officers, Dr. Heinrich’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement between Dr. Heinrich and the Registrant that would require disclosure under Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K.
