Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 28, 2025, SentinelOne, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended July 31, 2025, by issuing an earnings presentation and a press release. The Company also announced that it would hold a webcast to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended July 31, 2025. A copy of the press release and the earnings presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the Company’s press release, earnings presentation and the webcast call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release and earnings presentation.
