Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On September 4, 2025, ServiceTitan, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended July 31, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would hold a conference call to discuss these financial results on September 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time). A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to their nearest GAAP equivalents is provided in the press release.
