Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 6, 2025, Dr. Jang Wook Choi notified SES AI Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company effective November 10, 2025 due to personal reasons. Dr. Choi’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s management, board of directors, operations, policies or practices.
