Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 2, 2021 Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release with an operational update on Hurricane Ida’s initial impact on the Partnership’s owned or operated assets in the Gulf of Mexico and onshore Louisiana. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
