Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 13, 2025, SHF Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed the investor presentation materials as Exhibit 99.1 on a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Investor Presentation”). During the special meeting of the Company’s stockholders held on March 13, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Special Meeting”), the Company Chief Executive Officer, Terrance Mendez, held an investor call and provided additional information describing the Investor Presentation. A copy of the script is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. (the “Script”).
