On November 11, 2021, Shift Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021 by issuing a press release and a letter to its shareholders. The full text of the Company's press release and letter to its shareholders are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
