Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On November 26, 2024, Shineco Inc. (the “Company”) received a deficiency letter (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that, based upon the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock (the “Common Stock”) for the last 30 consecutive business days prior to September 3, 2024, the Company was not in compliance with the requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Since then, Nasdaq has determined that for the 10 consecutive business days from November 12 through November 25, 2024, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Thus, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq considers this matter closed.
The Company will continue to monitor the closing bid price of its Common Stock in the future. If the Company does not maintain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5500(a)(2) in the future, it is likely that Nasdaq will once again provide notice that the Company’s Common Stock will be subject to delisting.
