Signet Jewelers, Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Blue Owl Capital And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday
U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones gaining over 50 points on Wednesday.
Shares of Signet Jewelers Limited (NYSE:SIG) rose sharply during Wednesday’s session after the company raised its FY25 guidance.
The company and Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., an equity investment firm, today announced the amendment of the terms of the Series A Convertible Preference Shares to net share settlement and the repurchase of half of the Preferred Shares.
Signet increased its FY25 adjusted EPS outlook to $9.90 – $11.52 from $9.08 – $10.48 versus an estimate of $9.72.
Signet Jewelers shares surged 9.2% to $103.80 on Wednesday.

- Pyxis Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ:PYXS) rose 12.3% to $6.04.
- Atai Life Sciences N.V. (NASDAQ:ATAI) climbed 11.4% to $2.08. Maxim Group analyst Jason McCarthy upgraded ATAI Life Sciences from Hold to Buy and announced a $6 price target.
- SolarMax Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMXT) rose 10.4% to $11.85.
- Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLAY) shares gained 10.2% to $68.22 after the company reported fourth quarter results.
- Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESPR) gained 9.7% to $3.16.
- TransMedics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TMDX) rose 9.2% to $79.47.
- Porch Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRCH) gained 8.3% to $4.3450. Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Josh Siegler maintained Porch Group with an Overweight and raised the price target from $3 to $5.
- ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE:ZIM) gained 7.7% to $10.95.
- Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ:SMTC) climbed 7.4% to $30.28.
- Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ:CALM) shares gained 6.8% to $62.88 after the company reported upbeat results for its fourth quarter.
- Glaukos Corporation (NYSE:GKOS) rose 6.8% to $95.59. Glaukos received permanent J-code for iDose® TR (travoprost intracameral implant).
- Blue Owl Capital Inc. (NYSE:OWL) gained 6.4% to $19.69 after the company announced a purchase agreement to acquire Kuvare Insurance Services LP for $750 million.
- B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:RILY) rose 6.3% to $23.88.
- U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SLCA) gained 6.2% to $13.47.
- Spotify Technology S.A. (NYSE:SPOT) rose 5.6% to $284.61 on reports the company will raise monthly prices.
- Arcadium Lithium plc (NASDAQ:ALTM) gained 4.8% to $4.34. Raymond James upgraded the stock from Outperform to Strong Buy and maintained its $9 price target.
