Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 3, 2025, Thomas J. Snyder, President of Silgan Containers, the U.S. metal container operations of Silgan Holdings Inc., or the Company, notified the Company that he was resigning from his position with Silgan Containers to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Snyder's last day of employment with Silgan Containers was June 4, 2025.
