Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 9, 2025, SilverBox Corp IV (the “Company”) and Parataxis Holdings LLC issued a joint press release announcing a non-binding letter of intent for a potential business combination. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
