Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

After due consideration, Gretchen A. Hayes, an independent director of SiriusPoint Ltd. (the “Company”) since May 2018, has decided not to stand for re-election as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Hayes communicated her decision on April 6, 2023, and she will finish her current term, which expires at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Hayes fully supports the management team of the Company and her decision is not related to any disagreement with management.

The Company thanks Ms. Hayes for her valuable service and guidance over the past five years.
