Item 5.02. Departer of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 13, 2024, Lawrence C. Illg notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Skillsoft Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board, effective as of the completion of the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders on July 18, 2024. Mr. Illg has served on the Board since June 2021 and is a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Illg’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
