SkyWater Appoints Aerospace, Defense and Space Executive, Kevin Jackson as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
SkyWater Technology (NASDAQ:SKYT), the trusted technology realization partner, today announced that it has appointed Kevin Jackson as its senior vice president of corporate development. Mr. Jackson brings over 20 years of experience as an aerospace, defense, and space executive with specialized expertise in developing and growing agile organizations. His broad experience executing space-based military programs will be invaluable to SkyWater's Radiation Hardened (RH90), Readout Integrated Circuit (S90ROIC), advanced packaging and customized platforms.
Mr. Jackson most recently served as senior vice president and general manager for the Space Systems and Semiconductor Business Unit within Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES), the largest provider of analog and radiation hardened technology for the United States aerospace and defense industry.

In his new role at SkyWater, Mr. Jackson will be responsible for all aspects of corporate development including leading the company's strategic planning, revenue modeling and financial risk analysis capabilities. He will drive business performance metrics to enable achievement of consistent, predictable profitability. He will also be accountable for sourcing and executing potential mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures to enable manufacturing scale and market development, including penetration into new verticals and geographic expansion.

Prior to his role at CAES, Mr. Jackson held various executive management roles at United Technologies Aerospace Systems. Additionally, he served eight years active duty as an engineer officer in the United States Army. His active duty assignments included two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He continues to serve his country as a member of the Army National Guard as he proudly enters his 20th year of total service.
Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in general management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in engineering management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
