On May 5, 2026, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), issued a press release in which it announced financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended April 3, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 5, 2026, the Registrant announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on the Registrant’s common stock of $0.71 per share, payable on June 16, 2026, to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2026.
