On May 14, 2025, SKYX Platforms Corp. (d/b/a Sky Technologies) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
