Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the vesting of a performance-based Restricted Stock Award granted to the reporting person on April 9, 2021 under the 2016 Equity Incentive Plant. The number of shares vested on May 30, 2024 was based upon the issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria.

2. Shares withheld by the Issuer to pay tax on vested stock granted under the 2016 Equity Incentive Plan.
