Resignation of Group Chief Marketing Officer
On April 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of Society Pass Incorporated (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Rokas Sidlauskas (“Mr. Sidlauskas”) as the Group Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO”). Mr. Sidlauskas tendered his resignation as CMO, effective April 30, 2025, in order to pursue other business opportunities, and his resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter. On the same day, the Board decided to remove the Group Chief Marketing Officer as a position on the Company’s management team.
