Item 8.01 – Other Events.
Management’s unaudited estimate of the range of the net asset value per share of Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc.’s (the “Company”) common stock as of March 31, 2025 was between $18.73 and $18.81.
In addition, for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our net investment income was between $0.63 and $0.67 per share of our common stock and management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our realized losses was between ($0.10) and ($0.06) per share of our common stock.
