Shawnna DelHierro joins SoundHound AI's executive leadership team as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Bringing more than two decades of experience in technology leadership and digital transformation, DelHierro has a proven track record of propelling organizational growth through innovative and strategic enterprise technology initiatives. In her new role, she will oversee critical functions including IT operations and infrastructure, cloud engineering and optimization, cybersecurity, compliance, and more, with a focus on strengthening these areas as the company continues expanding its best-in-class voice AI platform across industries.

Prior to joining SoundHound, DelHierro has held CIO, CTO, and advisory roles at VSP Global, Visionworks, Sportsman's Warehouse, Hoshizaki NA, and various private equity firms, where she focused on modernizing IT infrastructure, optimizing cloud operations, and driving seamless customer and employee experiences.
