On September 19, 2022, Sara Baack informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Splunk Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as a member of the Board of the Company, effective December 12, 2022. Ms. Baack’s decision was not due to a disagreement with the Company.
