Resignation of Chief Marketing Officer

On September 7, 2023, Jamie Gilpin notified Sprout Social, Inc. (the "Company") of her intention to resign as the Company's Chief Marketing Officer effective December 31, 2023. Ms. Gilpin will assist the Company in identifying her successor.
