Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 14, 2021, Dwight A.K. Gibson, Chief Commercial Officer of SPX FLOW, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as an officer and employee of the Company. Mr. Gibson’s resignation is effective on May 1, 2021.

A press release issued by the Company on April 19, 2021 announcing Mr. Gibson’s departure is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
