The waiting period has expired under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with Squarespace, Inc.’s previously announced transaction with certain affiliates of Permira Advisers LLC. Austrian merger control clearance was received on June 21, 2024.
